What Neighborhoods Have Johnson Utilities?
What neighborhoods have Johnson Utilities is a question I get asked a lot as a Queen Creek Realtor. There is a lot of confusion about who provides what utilities in the many neighborhoods in Queen Creek and the surrounding areas of San Tan Valley, and even parts of Florence. This blog will hopefully clear up a lot of those questions for you so you can make more educated decisions about utilities when searching for a home in these areas.
First, let’s address the fact that there are 2 different services in question when talking about Johnson Utilities. They offer water services and sewer services. Some neighborhoods just have their water service, some just have their sewer service, and some have both. Secondly, we’ll discuss why you may want to investigate your options before honing in on, or ruling out a specific neighborhood. Let’s do a little Q & A, shall we?
Q: Why would a neighborhood only have Johnson water and not sewer?
A: These are typically neighborhoods where all the homes are on septic, and therefore no publicly connected sewer system is required.
