A message from April Anderson, Broker and Owner
A little over 10 years ago I got my real estate license but didn’t do much with it initially, and then a couple years later I knew that dabbling was never gonna get me anywhere and decided to quit my 9-5 job and jump feet first into residential resale! I was blessed with an incredible opportunity to work with and learn from Karen Berg who has always been one of the best at everything she does and had an established real estate business in Queen Creek and was looking for someone to take over what she had started to carry the torch forward. I had known her for 15 or so years prior from other businesses and jumped at the opportunity to see what I could learn from her. She taught me everything I needed to know to be a really good real estate agent and a solid business woman. She raised me up right in this business and I am forever grateful for that! Once I had a lot of solid experience and sold quite a bit of real estate on my own I started “The Queen Creek Real Estate Team” and worked for a couple of different brokerages the last few years trying to find my footing and see where I and my team fit the best. During that time I worked with some really amazing people and learned so many wonderful things from everybody that I worked with. But folks around me were always telling me to just get my brokers license and do my own thing, and it always terrified me just a little bit so I just kept doing what was comfortable. But over the past few months, I’ve truly felt in the depths of my soul that it was finally time to venture outside of my comfort zone and do my own thing. And believe me… I am still just a tiny bit terrified, but know without a shadow of a doubt that I’m in the right place, and doing the things that I need to be doing. With all of that said… You are looking at the new Owner and Designated Broker of “Queen Creek Real Estate” and I’m so incredibly grateful that my team wanted to come with me, and a couple new ones wanted to join, even if it meant going through a few little growing pains with a brand new broker at the helm. This is an incredible group of people here, and I could not be more honored and humbled to be their fearless leader! 🥂New Beginnings!
