Moving from out of state, you are at the mercy of your local real estate agent, which can be risky. . Luckily, I met April Anderson, who exceeded my expectations. April has a rare combination of drive and optimism and she always had my best interests in mind.  It seemed like I was her only client even though I know at the time she had at least other people she was helping. She never forgot about me or left me hanging. She even helped smooth the closing process with the title company,  who didn’t care whether the close went through or not. I highly recommend April as a person who genuinely cares that you get what you want and works tirelessly to protect your interests.

Shelly was fantastic to work with! I came from out of state and was able to find a property in the location we were looking .  She was not only super helpful through the contract negotiations , but also honest, responsive, and fun which made the whole process easier!!

Loved working with April!  She guided us through the buying process with total professionalism and was equally responsive to all our questions and concerns. We would highly recommend April for all of your real estate needs!

I chose April Anderson for our realtor based on her great reviews and yes, they were right on.  April was a pleasure to work with. My first contact call was picked up rather then going to voice mail. All communication thereafter was handled promptly and efficiently.  April worked hard to find us what we were looking for and she always had a friendly attitude. We have worked with many realtors over the last 30 years and April would rank at the top! April is a nice person to deal with.  She takes care of you like you are family.   — Terry K
