Well, this home 🏠 didn’t last long at all. The BEST part? Our sellers wrote a contingent offer on another home 🏠 as soon as we got this one listed. Their offer was accepted 2 days later BUT, they needed to sell this home in order to purchase that home. Luck 🍀 has it, an offer came in Wednesday evening and we are now under contract. SOLD!!
