Queen Creek’s Annual Roots N’ Boots Event – March 15-17, 2019

Come celebrate Queen Creek’s equestrian heritage at the Roots N’ Boots event on March 15-17! There’s something fun for the whole family, as this event is a three day fair, rodeo, carnival, and a place for venders and good food. People can even engage with live animals and participate in events like real cowboys do.

Now an annual event, QC’s Roots N’ Boots was inspired by QC’s close-knit farming and ranching community. Back in the day, residents would get together on a regular basis, and everyone was invited to participate in fun activities and enjoy good food. As Queen Creek grew larger, the residents still wanted to maintain this tradition within the community, which is why they continue to host this three day event for all to celebrate QC’s rural heritage.

Now days, over 15,000 people attend the event each year. The activities have changed here and there over the years, but in general the original concept of Roots N’ Boots remains the same. It’s still a family-friendly event that brings the community together and reminds us of QC’s roots.
