Coming Soon: Bellero Estates in the Town of Queen Creek offered by Elliott Homes! This new community is scheduled to open in early 2017 and is located just south of Riggs Road off of Ellsworth in Pegasus! Pricing and plans have not yet been released, but stay tuned as we will keep you up to date. There will be a total of 156 lots at the completion of Bellero Estates.
Bellero Estates will consist of all single level homes with standard lot sizes of 90 feet by 140 feet or approximately 12600 square feet. There will also be a few larger home sites available over 1/2 acre in size. Elliott Homes will offer 4 different floor plans with inviting courtyards with homes ranging in size from 2812 square feet up to 3556 square feet. All plans will have 3 car garages as well as guest house/casita and RV garage options.
