The San Tan Valley Arizona Market Report September 2017 reveals several interesting statistics regarding the local real estate market for San Tan Valley, Pinal County. The San Tan Valley area is expansive and includes neighborhoods such as Circle Cross Ranch, Copper Basin, Johnson Ranch, Laredo Ranch, Moon Shadow Las Praderas, Morning Sun Farms, Pecan Creek, San Tan Heights, Skyline Ranch, and Ironwood Crossing.
The San Tan Valley real estate market update tells us that the number of new listings in September 2017 was down 2.7% from August. The number of closed sales was 180 which was down 22.1% from the previous month. The median sold price for September was $199,500 which is an increase of 9.6% from September 2016. It is important to understand the boundaries of the Town of Queen Creek, because there are many homes on the market that are listed as a Queen Creek address, however, they are truly outside the Town’s borders. The address may say Queen Creek, but in reality, the home is located in Pinal County and it is not located in the Town of Queen Creek.
