Did you know that Queen Creek and San Tan Valley are often confused as being one in the same place? If you are already sold on the idea of moving to Queen Creek Arizona, then it is extremely important to work with a Realtor who lives and breathes the Queen Creek real estate market. Many local agents are still confused on how to determine if a house resides in the Town of Queen Creek limits or if it simply has a Queen Creek postal address. A Queen Creek postal address does NOT guarantee that the home is truly located within the Town’s boundaries. In fact, you could have a Queen Creek postal address, but the house could be on a County Island or outside Queen Creek in San Tan Valley.  And, just because a house has a Queen Creek address and is located in Maricopa County, does not mean the house is in the Town’s limits either. Wouldn’t you hate to buy a home thinking your were purchasing in the Town of Queen Creek, only to find out after you closed on the property, that you don’t even have access to local amenities such as the Queen Creek Library? This happens quite often in our area, unfortunately, so please arm yourself with knowledge and choose to hire a Realtor who will be able to guide you to the right house and location to meet your needs.
