Neighborhoods with community pools in Queen Creek can be a huge draw to home buyers who are looking for resort style living without all of the maintenance associated with having your own backyard pool! There are a handful of neighborhoods in the Town of Queen Creek that offer community pools included in the HOA (homeowners association) dues.

Cortina is an established neighborhood located on the border of Gilbert at Power Road and Germann. Cortina offers a spacious community pool for all residents to enjoy. Cortina was originally built by Fulton Homes and you will find that the builder offers a number of neighborhoods with community pools to promote a family friendly and neighborly atmosphere.

TIndigo Trails Poolhe Villages at Queen Creek is another neighborhood that has both a community pool and a public golf course conveniently accessible. The Villages is located at Ellsworth and Ocotillo near downtown Queen Creek. Homes of all sizes can be found in The Villages at Queen Creek and many people enjoy the lifestyle offered in this neighborhood. Indigo Trails is also located in the Town of Queen Creek and is a smaller neighborhood near The Villages at Queen Creek and Indigo Trails also has a community pool!

Queen Creek Station is one of the newest neighborhoods in the Town of Queen Creek to offer a community pool to residents. This neighborhood is centrally located at Ellsworth just North of Rittenhouse and has easy access to the 24, Loop 202 and all of the shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Meridian Ovation Pool ConceptMeridian is located at Signal Butte and Ocotillo Road and homes are being built by William Lyon and newer to the community is Richmond American. Meridian recently announced they will be adding a community pool for residents to enjoy and current homeowners are very excited about this new addition! This is also another huge draw for potential homebuyers who like the affordability of the homes being offered by William Lyon Homes which allow them to purchase a brand new home located within the Town of Queen Creek boundaries, and yet stay around $250,000! This is a prime price point for first time buyers and the value offered at Meridian is hard to beat within Town limits. Meridian also offers higher end new construction homes and sizes range from just over 1500 sq ft all the way up to 4700+ sq ft! Meridian also just announced they are adding a new community called Ovation at Meridian for 55+ buyers looking for an active adult lifestyle. Ovation at Meridian will also offer a community pool only available to be used by Ovation residents.
