Ellsworth Suburban Mini FarmsAre you thinking about moving to Queen Creek Arizona? We have put together a home buyer’s guide with all of the important information you will need all in one place. Do you have questions about what makes the Town of Queen Creek such a special place to live? We are here to provide answers to all of your questions and help to educate home buyers on the unique qualities that are found nowhere else!

Did you know that Queen Creek and San Tan Valley are often confused as being one in the same place? This is probably one of the biggest misconceptions about the area and one we work very hard to eradicate as Realtors, because even though their locations on the map are somewhat similar, the amenities and benefits of each area are quite different. Here are links so some great articles we wrote explaining the major differences between Queen Creek and San Tan Valley and we have also included a map that outlines the very small and defined borders of the Town of Queen Creek: Queen Creek Is Not San Tan Valley and The Differences Between Queen Creek and San Tan Valley

If you are already sold on the idea of moving to Queen Creek Arizona, then it is extremely important to work with a Realtor who lives and breathes the Queen Creek real estate market. Many local agents are still confused on how to determine if a house resides in the Town of Queen Creek limits or if it simply has a Queen Creek postal address. A Queen Creek postal address does NOT guarantee that the home is truly located within the Town’s boundaries. In fact, you could have a Queen Creek postal address, but the house could be on a County Island or outside Queen Creek in San Tan Valley.  And, just because a house has a Queen Creek address and is located in Maricopa County, does not mean the house is in the Town’s limits either. Wouldn’t you hate to buy a home thinking your were purchasing in the Town of Queen Creek, only to find out after you closed on the property, that you don’t even have access to local amenities such as the Queen Creek Library? This happens quite often in our area, unfortunately, so please arm yourself with knowledge and choose to hire a Realtor who will be able to guide you to the right house and location to meet your needs. Here is another informative blog we wrote on this very subject: Do I Live in Queen Creek?

Another question we are asked quite often from people thinking about moving to Queen Creek Arizona, is in regards to how safe the area is. In fact, we are asked this question so often by potential buyers that we decided to compile all of the information in another detailed blog post: How Safe Is Queen Creek and San Tan Valley Arizona?

New town of qc signProbably the next question we are asked most often has to do with the quality of the local education system and if the schools in the area are “good”? The Town of Queen Creek is known for their highly ranking schools. Here is a great resource to research different schools in the area: Queen Creek Schools Ranking
