Land and Lots in No HOA subdivisions
March 8, 2018
It’s no secret that the letters “HOA” can turn off buyers who have toys or want to be an individual. Neighborhoods with no HOA are getting harder and harder to come by which makes them very desirable. But, buying a home in an existing neighborhood with no HOA can mean that you’re buying someone else’s very specific taste. The solution? Find a lot in a subdivision without the bounds of an HOA and build the home of your dreams!
No More Cookie Cutter Houses
When you build in a no HOA neighborhood you have more freedom to have the type of house that YOU want. You don’t want a cookie cutter home because that’s not for you. No more choosing from a bland and limited choice of color schemes or elevation designs. These pieces of land also give you the option to build a shop or a detached garage. Equipment or recreational vehicles can be parked or stored without fines or having to pay for for offsite storage. You can often have animals like horses or chickens in these neighborhood and build the house and the life that you want.
Land Will Let you Build What You Want
There are not a lot of these neighborhoods out there but the most affordable ones are in Queen Creek and San Tan Valley. These areas are our specialty and we have the knowledge and market experience to get you what you want.
